These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Flowdez website, services, digital products, templates, and related resources. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a digital product, or engaging Flowdez for a project, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Flowdez

Flowdez is an independent digital design and development studio providing:


  • Website & UI/UX design

  • Code & Framer (no-code) development

  • Landing pages

  • Website strategy & optimization

  • SEO & AEO

  • Digital templates and resources


Project scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Projects

Clients are responsible for providing required content, assets, access, feedback, and approvals on time. Requests outside the agreed scope, including additional pages, features, redesigns, or integrations, may require additional fees and time.


Project timelines may change due to delays in feedback, content, approvals, third-party services, or other unexpected circumstances.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before starting a project.


We may pause work if an agreed payment is overdue. Final deliverables, transfers, or launch support may be provided only after all outstanding payments are completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.


If a project is cancelled after work begins, payments may be retained to cover completed work and time spent. Digital products and templates are generally non-refundable after purchase because they are delivered digitally.


Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Intellectual Property

Flowdez retains ownership of its existing design systems, processes, components, templates, tools, and reusable resources.


After full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to use their final project deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Digital Products & Templates

Purchased templates and digital products may be used for permitted personal or commercial projects.

You may not:


  • Resell or redistribute the original files

  • Share the files publicly

  • Claim the design as your own

  • Create and sell competing products based on our templates


Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

8. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, conversions, traffic, search rankings, or business growth.

Results depend on factors outside our control.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, website builders, payment services, analytics tools, and other software.


Flowdez is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, or issues caused by third-party services.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowdez is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services.


Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
